Jesus that video is rough. Absolutely need to be fired. Those kids are absolutely petrified and the lady just keeps coming back for more.

Before I watched the video I was prepared to say, kids and parents need to toughen up.
After watching the video, and seeing that these were like 1-2 year old kids, my opinion is that these daycare workers are acting like sociopaths. Really weird to get your kicks from getting 5 inches from a toddler's face and screaming at them with a freaky mask as they cry in terror. Some were just looking confused and covering their ears because an adult was screaming in their ears.
Still not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but I'd question the judgment of these daycare workers on other things now if I'm a parent. Just a weird thing to do to kids that age.
