Does anyone still make a 2-door regular cab truck anymore?

I found one, it’s a superduty Ford Fleet, starting at $36k.
I want a small, regular cab truck, no frills, just a plain truck.
I was hoping the Maverick would come in regular cab, it doesn’t.

Sounds like you know the answer to your question

Trucks arent trucks anymore
They are now family vehicles with leather seats for baws that want to pretend they work for a living.

Dunno but I wish there were more of them. I’d love to get me one, cheap. $20k or less. Doesn’t need a huge engine or cab or anything like that. Just a single cab with a bed that I can occasionally throw stuff in, and it would be great if it had a bench seat.

Chevy and gmc are making them for 2022.

Exactly what I’m looking for

Sounds like you need to search some fleet sales places.

If you find one, let me know.

Ford, Chevy, Dodge. Are you dumb? What kind of question is this? Did you search at all?

Yes, I did, but they are $35k+. Like Gnome said, I was a sub $25k, midsize truck, like the old Dakota, Ranger, etc.

Ford has available a regular cab short bed F150 in XL trim with a Coyote.

I saw one recently and it looked odd as hell, I’m sure there are some out there.
Years ago I purchased a extended cab z-71 4x4, I thoroughly enjoyed the truck (pre-owned) but I always wished I would’ve purchased a true 4 door.

That's a dealbreaker. I can't listen to the woe is me shite, and pics of the pup are enough. I don't need Nemo shedding in my new ride.

When they first came out kingcabs looked weird now single cabs look weird. Kingcab all the way. Can't go the grocery store or travel with bags in a single cab if you have a passenger.

I understand your sentiment of wanting a no frill truck, but I at least need an extended cab. Tools, rain gear, etc need a place to be stored.
My favorite layout is still an old school extended cab with the lift up console (my bulldog likes to sit between my wife and I).
