This. BR doesn’t have street gangs in the sense most people think of them. There aren’t Bloods and Crips running around. It’s mainly neighborhood and rap groups.

So here's what I remember from the Allie Rice murder. Paul finally admitted that BR has 8 major gangs made up mostly teens, but each of those 8 have factions. 6 months before the Allie Rice murder, there was a murder at the Mall of La and Paul/Broome swore that BR had no gangs, only "associates," whatever that means.
