Help me pick a good treadmill

I'm looking for something in the $1500 price range that has incline and many programable workouts.
The two I've mainly looked at are the Nordictrack Commercial 1750 and the C 1650.
The only other treadmill I've owned was a very cheap Weslo. Are there any others out there in this price point I am missing?
I've heard mixed reviews on Sole machines.

Get the one that is the lightest so it wont be as difficult to haul to the curb next year.

This one has good reviews:

I've heard good things about the 'sidewalk'.

get a norditrack incline trainer or go to superfitness used equipment on facebook and get a used commercial. Seriously do not buy any other home brand besides norditrack. You will regret it if you do when its slipping all the time.

get the one with the most extruding handles so you have plenty of hanging space for your clothes.

Make a deal with yourself. Set your goal as to how any times per week you intend to use it, then see if you actually can go outside and run for the next three weeks. If you achieve it, buy whatever's the best equipment out there. If you don't, then enjoy the pavement for free whenever you want.

I've had a Precor for years...not one problem
knocking on wood.
And yes, I use it.

And yes, I use it.

I have the Sole F60. Sole makes a really good treadmill.

It is so god damn boring to run on a treadmill. Go outside and run.

This one is top of the line for what you're looking for

This. I only run on treadmills if it's lunch hour and I can head to the gym near work that has a shower. Or if it's pouring outside. Either way, I just use the one at the gym. Otherwise, it's nice to get outside.
I've never found a treadmill I actually liked. Even the expensive precor ones at the gym.
