Even better idea....force sterilization on the children of welfare recipients. The children are the actual recipient of most welfare money anyway. Sterilize the parents, the kids and while we at it simply round up and shoot the grandparents for raising such folks.


We should also imprison ANY male who fathers a child and does not provide for the emotional and financial support the child needs to become a productive adult. Toss them in jail, at their expense, until such time as they have repaid the state 100% of the cost of their imprisonment and the cost of raising their child for them. We should do the exact same thing to a man upon the first missed child support payment....toss his arse in jail, at his expense, and the only way he ever gets out is to pay for his imprisonment and the cost of raising his child....or more likely he dies of old age.


There are sooooo many ways to make the world a better place....all you gotta do is force people to behave themselves or kill them if they don't.
