how do you pronounce "LAGER"

the "a" in lager sounds like the "o" in oxen not like the "o" in log

no, that's still fricked up. It's like the "o" oxygen, like someone already said.
law-ger suggests that it sounds like the "o" in log.
It's not logger like frogger, it's lager.
