Only advice is to live within your means, do not stress yourself so thin on a mortgage payment that one incident or emergency could bankrupt you

You are looking at historically high insurance premiums. Companies coming in and offering some relief from that is good as the rates of the last year and a half or so are not really sustainable for homeowners
Your premiums will still be higher than what you are use to prior to the run of hurrica...

If it’s been 5 months you should’ve have already decreased the price, more than once most likely. You are priced too high
A good realtor will tell you by how much and it may hurt your feelings, but they will more likely than not be right ...

Well when I say job I don’t mean mayor or cfo of a Fortune 500 company. I mean someone who work schedule is directly controlled by someone else with limited to no flexibility

I have a Dalmatian, goofy son of a bitch, sheds everywhere, long strands of drool will sometimes form when he watches me eat. He isn’t allowed on the furniture but you wouldn’t know it based on the hair. Takes me about 2 hours to get all the hair up...

I would assume ultimately it comes down to is the guy attractive, if you are talking about swiping right or left And the dog would have very little to do with it
I guess In the practical sense the temperament or difficulty of the dog could sour a relationship, but on a superficial level I doubt ...
