It’s a phonetic sound not seen in English
It’s a voiceless fricative almost like a pharyngeal fricative
Like how you say Hanukkah (CHXA-nukkah) but it’s voiceless instead of pharyngeal.
That is how most R sounds are in French.
pah-XHEE…? pah-HHRE…?
