I need to get into this file cabinet that I dont have the key for and I dont want to damage the files or the cabinet itself. Is there a trick to pick the lock or should I just go all out and use a hammer and screw driver and pry it open and not worry about the damage? I'll just go buy a new one and replace it. I dont think anyone will notice.

Need background information to correctly determine if supplying you with a way to break into this file cabinet will make me an accomplice to a crime.
