Fill it until about one quarter inch below the lip of the pot. You'll be good to go.

If the turkey is frozen you need to fill the oil to the top.

This was prob taken by someone staying at an extended stay for the Bayou Classic. Last night was indoor BBQ and today it’s indoor fried Turkey.

3 gallons of peanut oil. But don't put a frozen one in there it will not be good. Recommend to put it outside .
