I have freckles all over my arms. So I probably have that one.
ETA: I had my annual physical a few weeks ago and the doc asked if I had any unusual bleeding. I told him that I have that “old
Man skin” that bleeds any time I get scratched in the woods. He said it’s caused from years of skin damage from the sun. I just assumed it was caused from getting old.
