Imagine being young and assuming you're going to live until 2070 to 2090

What kind of world is being left for these kids?
I'm going to try and buy the biggest tracts of land I can, way out in the Ozarks, as one thing to leave as inheritance, especially whenever we hit another real estate quagmire like 2008 to 2011

We’ll be just fine if we go back to the nuclear family as the building block of society and revert to Christian values instead of secular atheism.

Yea i have 2 small children and I think about this daily. All i can do is do my best to give them the tools they need to be adaptive.

I mean, yeah, we would all be better off if we reverted to caring for the poor and less fortunate, rejecting the pursuit of material wealth over sticking to our core values, and loving our neighbors regardless of race or creed. But the majority of modern Christians don't even do that, so I doubt we'll get the rest of the country on board.

Im not 100% sure the government will even still allow private land in 2070. Will probably just let you rent it and when you pass it goes back to the state like in China
