I just got bloodwork results at 31 and my T is at 63 when its supposed to be 300 bare minimum at this age.

I was a decent athlete growing up and always had tons of drive to be active outside etc. I noticed a couple of years ago that I just lost the care to run around and throw the ball around with people as I would be exhausted after.

What the hell is going on? I hear this is happening with more younger men now a days.

Mine got low about 10 years ago when i was super stressed and didn't have time to work out. Ditching a high stress job and making time for cardio, lifting and eating right got me bak to normal and now my levels have ben increasing slightly every year. Lifestyle makes a huge difference and you should make those changes before considering hormone therapy.

Whatever you do don’t suggest that the chemicals they’ve given us had any impact whatsoever. People get very offended.

Do you ask your partner for help to open the pickle jar?

Ok, being serious and you need to perform a baseline for steps per day, sleep quantityc& quality and your diet. Low T isn't a death sentence and there are plenty of ways to go about raising those levels.

Whatever the heck it is, it's keeping the men of this country from organizing and fighting back against the criminal elites that are destroying this country.

Do you have sleep apnea?
Do you take opiates or opiate sensor drugs?
Do you eat well?
Do you have cancer?
Do you exercise?
How old are you?

All of these things affect test.
T at 63 is extremely low.

Bat signal for WayDownSouth to come in here and tell us why it's perfectly healthy to be juiced like 1990's Jose Canseco.

Im 31 and as far as I know i dont have any of those things. I used to take a bunch of supplements and work out every day. I am 225 at 6ft 1, but its not all muscle anymore.

For all I know the supplements I was on were the only thing keeping me thinking I was alright all those years.

Nothing illegal or no steroids. Just creatine, and multiple other vitamins and over the counter blood flow type of stuff

I’m 55 and had mine checked last year and it was over 500 but my B12 was in the gutter. I still feel tired but figured it’s getting old. But my dad never seems tired
