His name is Harrison Ruffin Tyler, born in 1928. He is 95.
John Tyler's son Lyon Gardiner Tyler Sr. was born in August 1853, when the former president was 63 years old.
Then His son Harrison Ruffin Tyler was born in November 1928, when his father was 75 years young. Wild!

He is also a descendant of Pocahontas through his mother's side of the family.

Can someone please bang this guy so we can keep the tradition alive? I’d love for the baby and one of Donald Trump’s grandkids to run for president/VP in 2060. I’m sure TigerHoney or Nurse would be up for it.

Harrison missed meeting his grandfather by 66 years. 3 generations passed between the death of John Tyler and the birth of his grandson. That's crazy.

I’m, he didn’t become president in 1790. George Washington was just 1 year into his term.
Tyler was born that year though

Grover Cleveland still has a grandson alive as well.
Cleveland was born in 1837. Not as impressive, but still cool.
