Apparently sometimes Kangaroos get chased/attacked by Dingos and they will lure the dingo into the water and then they have the upper hand, can drown them etc.

This guy's dog must have got caught in that scenario

I was going to say, they aren't moving and it looks more like kangaroo has a hold of his neck.

Apparently, these things are like wild hogs, just a nuisance animal. That's what a dude from australia told me once.
