Cooked it around 6:30 yesterday.
It was probably cool enough for the refrigerator by 10:30.
Left if on the stove until 7:00 this morning.
Would you eat it?

Would I eat it, yes.
Would I serve it to other people, no.

Sure. No different than leaving it on the stove all day, and we've done that with no ill effects.

It's just meat, spices and beans. You will be fine.

Bring it to a boil for 5 minutes. No problem

If it was room temperature at 10:30, I wouldn't risk it.

This. Goodness people, especially something that was just cooked bacteria isn’t going to grow in 12 hours to dangerous level. Nuke it for 90 seconds and you are good to go.
How do you think people survived before microwaves and refrigeration?

After I turned the stove back on and boiled it? Yes.
Yall know people used to just leave chili and soup on the stove and heat it each night right?
I'm sure you have some salt in there.
Crank the stove on and boil it. Then eat it.
No one here ever cooked chili or gumbo or jambalaya or anything in the morning and left it on the stove all day? That's day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas every year for me as long as I can remember.

Which means bacteria could begin to thrive around 8:30ish. You left it out until 7
Prayers sent

I wouldn’t eat it. frick that.

It takes Salmonella 9 hours for one log of growth at 70 deg. I would assume the temp of your chili was well above 70 most of that time so you’re probably somewhere around 6 hours.
I’d still eat it though. It probably didn’t even have any salmonella going in.

Now it’ll look about the same coming out

All the people that say don’t eat it,probably throw the milk out on the “expiration date “. Ridiculous.

Yeah I did that with gumbo last weekend and was fine

From the FDA
quote:
According to the USDA, food that has been left out of the fridge for more than two hours should be thrown away. That's because between 40° F and 140° F (what the USDA calls the "Danger Zone"), bacteria grows incredibly fast and can make you sick.
quote:
Reheating food may not make it safe. If food is left out too long, some bacteria, such as staphylococcus aureus (staph), can form a heat-resistant toxin that cooking can't destroy.

Yes. I’ve eaten many a pot of whatever that was left on the camp stove overnight and never had a problem. Eat dat.
That said, I’ve also gotten food poisoning from a bad oyster and would fully understand why people here will tell you it’s not worth the risk. I won’t judge you either way
