Taking the alcohol is enough. I always thought MIPs were stupid. I can’t tell you how many of my friends were worried about a job interview/background check because of an MIP they got in high school or college.

Brings back memories of high school spring break when cops made us watch as they emptied every drop of alcohol in the hotel bath tub.
We were able to get a few cases in a hidden bed compartment but could never retrieve them. I always wonder how long those cases sat there unfound.

As always, the lesson is that if you are going to do illegal shite, lock away the evidence. All too easy for a cop to open an unlocked tailgate despite it being an illegal search.

for our senior day we were determined to have a cooler full of Coor's, the nearest place that sold it was three and a half hours away so we drove over that day before and loaded up, we were the envy of the party

That looks like our vehicle heading towards Panama City on the way for Spring Break my senior year of high school. We had so much beer in the trunk the car was sagging down.
