My group of friends from LSU stumbled upon MT in 2007. Wasn’t too popular in late 2000s, and you could set up a tent and coolers with no one giving you shite. Around 2014-2015 I believe, MT grew too large to enjoy.
We haven’t been since 2016 I think. We thought about returning this weekend because we all turn 40 this year, but it’s not worth the headaches dealing with that many people.
It was the best people watching event of all time.

Last time I was at Mullet Toss a woman got on the stripper pole set up on the beach and a guy rolled a dollar bill up and put it in her a-hole.

I live 22 minutes away. Been once in 14 years. I asked my wife this morning if she wanted to go Mullet Toss this weekend. Respectfully the response was “frick No” we have a crawfish boil, a birthday party, yard work and you need install my new faucet in the kitchen. Wish I was 25 again.

What was the name of that bar.. I think it was on the Amite.. And people used to post pictures taken there.., I think they posted them on their social media or something, but it was a lot of trashy looking people?

Went about 15 years ago, the people watching is second to none. Was with the same group of people we went with this week, we still talk about some of the shite we saw. Good times.
