My Amazon Prime package sat in Theodore Alabama for 7 hours today. 4th day after order.

Works fine for me. Had three packages ordered on Friday, said they would be delivered Monday, received all three on Sunday.

Is it being delivered by Amazon? This was a few years ago, but I had a package I was waiting on. 3 or 4 days after I ordered it it showed that is was in Port Allen so I thought it would be delivered within a day. About two days later it didn't arrive so I checked the shipping status.. It was head to Tennessee, then scheduled to go to Mississippi, then to Donaldsonville and from there it would come to me.
I am assuming it got put on a wrong truck or something, but maybe its not a problem caused by Amazon.

We’ve gotten so spoiled in this country.
We used to order stuff that took six to eight weeks for delivery. Now people are complaining because it takes more than three days.
