I’ve seen this reported on various networks as a feel good story. This is lawless behavior. Nothing about this story should give you warm and fuzzies. Those horses might as well be Dodge Chargers as far as I’m concerned.

I mentioned this in the other thread about this.
I know horse riders should weigh around 20% of the horses' weight. Many black people who ride horses seem to have small quarter horses. If they are going to ride a horse learn how to ride one like a man, not something you would start a kid off with.
