OT Survey - What's your preference, Real or Fake? (NSFW)

And when do you put your tree up?
There's something special about picking out a real tree but frick that overpriced bull shite. The hassle of dealing with reject car salesman and lugging the tree on top your minivan ruins the Christmas spirit.
I'm putting the star on top my 9.5ft Flame Resistant LED pre-lit Carolina Pine by the end of this week.
May as well get this one out of the way.

There is nothing like a real tree, but last year, we got a prelit fake one. I’m never going back.
My tree goes up the day after thanksgiving, but my lights go up the week of thanksgiving. I’m off work that whole week. Black Friday, the lights get turned on.
