Pronoun listing

Does anybody who goes by “he/him” list their pronouns? About 90% of the time when I see somebody list their pronouns, it’s she/her, and the remaining 10% of the time, it’s they/them. I don’t ever seeing somebody list he/him.
And why is it considered pro-transgender to declare that you’re not transgender and go by she/her? I mean, imagine if white people supported black rights by posting “I am not black” in their emails.

The only males I see doing he/him are of 2 varieties:
1) limp wristed White Dudes for Kamala types.
2) normal guys who just want to fly under the radar and not get targeted by their female boss or HR because they have a family to feed and putting some leftist appeasing garbage in their e-mail signature is easy enough.

At some companies it’s like required as part of their culture. I hate my job but at least I don’t have to do that.

One of my favorite pronoun things was during Covid when there were videos of office meetings on all the screens and each person would introduce themselves as i am so and so and my pronouns are such and such.

Those brave individuals have been bullied and tormented all of their lives since 2016 and I have had enough of it! Do you know how traumatizing it is to be misgendered on a constant basis?! These people deserve statues in every city for their courage.

TT9 is one of those that makes up his own pronouns to seem edgy and rebellious all the while complying.
