The Herald reported:

Federal prosecutors have claimed that surveillance video taken from outside Jeffrey Epstein’s jail cell on the day of his first apparent suicide attempt has been permanently deleted.

The Herald gathered that the federal prosecutors made this claim on Thursday in a court filing.

Epstein, the disgraced financier who was facing federal sex-trafficking charges, was found semiconscious in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, or MCC, in New York around 1:27 a.m. on July 23.

The prosecutors said that the video is now gone because MCC officials mistakenly saved footage from a different floor of the federal detention facility.

Another report on the same story from the Washington Post listed Maurene Comey as one of the prosecutors who was involved in the lost video.

The Intelligencer reported that the request for the video of this event came from Epstein’s roommate at the time, Nicholas Tartaglione.

You have got to be shitting me. To put this into movie terms: this would be as if Tom Hagen were the prosecutor against the Corleones. The prosecution is the defense, and not in the idiotic way the Rittenhouse trial was. Her father covered for and protected Epstein and Ghislaine for decades.

Plus they’re not going to allow streaming or the media to be privy to the case since it’s a federal case. Oh, right that makes perfect sense. We’re going to lynch mob two innocent seventeen year olds for one standing around as a Native American beats a drum in front of his face and the other to shoot a serial child molester that tried to murder him for the simple crime of being white males.

But hey, no let’s allow the head of the FBI’s kid prosecute someone who has been protected for crimes against humanity from the highest members of our government and elite. Do you idiots still not see what is going on yet?
