My favorite team was using the Bears as many others(I’m sure) with Sweetness being the back.
I liked their defense obviously because they were the best at the time and using Richard Dent was great on the edge and getting those sacks.
Because I used him so much when I think of Tecmo Bowl or whenever it’s mentioned I usually think of two players. Bo and Richard Dent.
Anyone else have a favorite team or player they could wreck shop with?

In tecmo bowl the raiders because Bo Jackson couldn't be stopped, but Super Tecmo was much better. Of course Dallas and the Bills along with SF were the best teams, I used to like to play with Philly, but I could beat pretty much anyone with any team.

Tecmo SUPER Bowl had the NFL license.
I wouldn't know who the best teams were because I only played with the Raiders. And I only ran the ball. My dad would get so pissed at me and accuse me of cheating because I was zig-zag all day long!

That's the one I was referring to.
Anyone remember double dribble? I don't think they had an NBA license.. It was similar to the original tecmo bowl. It had Boston, Chicago, L.A. and New York, I don't think they had them listed with their mascot, but they used the same colors, but they didn't have any players that had the skill sets like any real players.. I think they were all equal. But Tecmo Super Bowl and Double Dribble were my favorite games.

Raiders also had Marcus Allen. You didn’t needs to throw a pass if you knew how to rotate Bo and Marcus.

I think if we ran a poll and asked I believe most men/women of age(of course) could talk about Tecmo Bowl at the drop of a Hat.

That is the only answer. However I did beat my stepson in that hand using the Giants. It was only 10-7 but with how howie long played on D and of course Bo. It was an upset.
