Tom Segura - Bit on Cajuns

Has anyone seen Tom Segura's current tour? Saw him in Denver last night, love his stand up but damn did he talk some shite about Cajuns. He said we should build a wall around the State of Louisiana instead of Mexico and that Cajuns are the dumbest, poorest and trashiest people in the United States.
He just kept going in on Cajuns probably spent around 5 minutes straight talking shite. Talking about how Cajuns smoke with babies in the car and that because they're poor they must have Bibles and be Christians too. I dont remember everything he said because I was lit but it felt like it was the focal point of his show. I'm not from Louisiana and have no family there so no skin off my back but all I could think about was isnt this guy from fricking Ohio? Were any OTers at the show last night? Never heard anyone talk that much shite about the good people of Louisiana. I realize that it was a comedy show and I have no connections to Louisiana but the shite he was saying was cringe worthy.

I haven't heard his current stuff on cajuns but his bit on Louisiana from one of his previous specials is absolutely hilarious.

It started when he made a joke or two about Louisiana a few years ago. Did the “build a wall” around Louisiana bit. People got mad and sent him emails so he doubled down on it.

This. Cajuns are supposedly so fun and full of life, and yet they get so pissy when someone makes a funny joke. And their reasoning is, "you can't make fun of us if you ain't one of us" and that's complete bullshite. Guaranteed that everyone offended by those jokes have laughed at jokes about another race, religion, country, etc.
Listen to his podcast and he rips on his own State constantly.
