As a guy the only instance where fake boobs seem dumb is when girl prior to surgery had really nice ones and went full clown tits to scratch the crazy itch.
A few years ago I dated a woman who had full-sized D's and looked great. I saw pics of her before the surgery in a bikini and she looked great but to each their own, as long as she was happy with the enhancements. About a year after we split up she sent me a pic of her in a bikini onstage (she competed in bikini fitness competitions) and she was huge (32G- 800cc's). I asked why she went so big and she stated she did so because she had to keep up with other women in the competitions, which was ridiculous. I told one of my sisters the story and her response was "those are 'Daddy boobs'"- meaning that was a girl with daddy issues to go that big. My sister hit the nail on the head.

For what it's worth, this is the same thing Hannity and Rush do and people can't stop handing them money. It's pretty ridiculous. I consider myself mostly conservative and anytime I hear people just regurgitating the same old, tired lines, I can't understand how people eat it up.
If I started a podcast right now called "Flags, Eagles, Crosses and America", I could just say "America! Crosses! The Flag!" over and over again and I'd get sponsorship from companies that sell gold and reverse mortgages within seconds.
