USS Hudner Shoots Down Drone

USS Thomas Hudner, an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer, shot down a drone from Yemen in the Red Sea on Wednesday, two U.S. defense officials confirmed to Fox News.
A defense official said the drone was shot down in self-defense. "The drone was heading towards the Hudner," the official said.
The drone attack is the latest in a series of attacks on American troops stationed in the Middle East amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.

You’re stuck in the 1940s. Our military can’t finish the job against any third world shithole since the 60s. Hell, the 50s if you count Korea.

You're factually correct, but not because the military can't do it. Our society has become weak. Most can't stomach an actual full on war. We play by "rules" now.

Yep. Let's dump some $1M+ cruise missiles on few tents, mud huts and camels. Then let's deploy there for the next 20 years and dump billions into the shithole, not to mention the blood of young Americans. 5th world, here they come.

Well technically politicians can’t stomach a full on war so they micromanage and nerf the military now.
