This really should only be used in situations where you would hit it but its kinda fricked up.
Like Casey Anthony, one of the pedo teachers, etc.
For some random hot instawhore it doesnt really work.

Sorry. I don't agree on this particular "would" meme. Most others, you are right. This one seems like there is a reason someone, some people wouldn't want you to.

Without knowing the background of the pic (that they are trying to restrain him), it could also represent a chick being so hot that the first person to the mic to declare that they "would" gets to be the person to nail her. And so it's a scrum to get to the mic first.
