Which salsa is hotter/spicier? Mild or Medium?

Serious question that has plagued me for years.
I happily eat both, but I've never actually purchased one of each to taste test the hotness side by side. Anyone know?

Serious question though, wouldn't you think mild is on the opposite spectrum for a salsa than hot? What would you call the one that is in between?
