Why do so many black people wear hoodies/sweat shirts etc in the heat of summer??

I know I’m not the one that notices this phenomenon… I was getting gas yesterday and noticed five black guys having a conversation and everyone of them was wearing a hooded sweatshirt or a jacket. I see this on a daily basis. Is it just wearing what they think looks cool regardless of comfort?

Honestly a LOT of people have noticed this. I feel anyone in a hoodie in summer should be stopped and frisked and checked for warrants.

Well adjusted white athletes and normal kids don’t do this, except as a pump cover while at the gym
