Queen keeps feeling humiliated because the protest she organized at the restaurant was an epic flop.

I can't believe a lawyer actually took this case.
Dress code enforcement is completely subjective, by definition.
I know someone that got refused at a restaurant for wearing flip-flops and the next night went there wearing the same flip flops.
Might be dumb. Might be bad customer service. It sure as shite isn't racial discrimination.

So humiliated that she keeps it in the press for months and then files a big "look at me" federal lawsuit over it for a big show. Riiiiight. Lose 150 lbs or dress modestly. Next.

How much of this crap is a culture that refuses to or cannot adapt to changing levels of standards everyone sees in every day life, or is a culture that purposely and knowingly breaks the rules or standards in these various businesses to play the race card enrichment game?
I quickly looked thru old thread and saw someone allegedly knowing owner state this person has gone there several times and always complains about the food. Why keep going back unless it’s a scam?
She was wearing a 2 piece outfit with a tube top looking thing matching a long skirt that was barely holding everything in on the front and not much more than a strap around her back as seen in the pictures she took of herself which is probably best case scenario.
Wait staff attire and customer attire can be 2 different things, but I don’t know if this place just requires staff to follow same rules. The waitress in pic looked a little trashy with fishnets, but I don’t think her breasts were hanging out of a tube top that needed to be larger, reinforced, & constantly pulled up and covered very little on her back.

The case will 100% center on that dress being an expression of her racial culture and excluding it is, by extension, racist.
Which would have also been the argument if she had been wearing a thong.

The outfit is acceptable, and should not be a problem.
However,
There is always more to the story!

I think she was and maybe still is a VP or some type of officer for state NAACP.

With a little war paint, she would look like Kamala the Ugandan Giant.

What Southern lawyer took this case?

This is a good point. I can go to a full nude strip club. Just because the strippers are nude doesn’t mean that I can go in there fully nude.
