69PWNDU
I genuinely can't figure it out and it's probably real simple.

69, the sex number
Pwndu = pwned you. Pwn is old internet slang for defeated or dominated. It was a typo of "owned"

It’s probably this, but it doesn’t really make sense.
How does doing 69 “pwn” either person doing a 69? Maybe the cuck who’s watching from the chair?

Got it. But what does "69 owned you" mean?

Yall are taking this to literal. That's a normal username in online games. It doesn't really "mean" anything in the literal sense.

You didn't miss out. If they're advertising it, it isn't that good.

The lawsuit says the plate combines the year of the U.S. moon landing, 1969, with a common gaming term, written on the license plate as "pwn," and representing the term "pwned," used when a gamer totally "owns" another gamer, utterly defeating them.

The state argued the prohibition of viewpoint discrimination as protected under the First Amendment does not apply to alphanumeric combinations on personalized license plates because they are government free speech and not private speech. The Tennessee Supreme Court took up the case and upheld the view personalized license plates are government speech and not private speech.
That’s interesting. I did not know there was a distinction but i guess it makes sense.

I see nothing wrong with that license plate. However, the lawsuit seems to question whether the right to free speech applies to vehicle tags, which I do not believe it does.
It is a shame that the Supreme Court has to deal with such shite.

Gillum's current license plate reads "69PWNDU" and Horwitz said the license plate celebrates her interest in "astronomy and gaming."
The lawsuit says the plate combines the year of the U.S. moon landing, 1969, with a common gaming term, written on the license plate as "pwn," and representing the term "pwned," used when a gamer totally "owns" another gamer, utterly defeating them.
