Indoor Range on Hwy. 59 Covington Mandeville Area

Heard several months ago land had been cleared for construction of an indoor range on or near Hwy 59 in the Covington or Mandeville area.
Anyone know anything about it???

It's right by the new Herc Rentals, other than that I know nothing.

I’m not sure how these pistol only indoor range places stay open. The construction is expensive as shite and it doesn’t seem like the demand is really there. I pass the one on Millerville 2x a day and it’s always deserted in the parking lot
I really wish there was a nice outdoor rifle/shotgun range between BR and Slidell. I can shoot handguns in my backyard

My dad and I have been the only folks in there before and also have been only a lane or 2 open. 8 or 10 pistol and same number on the rifle side. It's a gun store with a range.

You're referring to the Range USA, correct? I stop by to buy ammo from time to time. There's always someone or a small group shooting. There always seems to be 1 or 2 people throwing down 700 to 2k as I look around. They are doing fine.
Slidell has a really cool range, F.I.T.S., but it's indoor and pistol only. They are always busy. I've been driving out there twice a month since maybe June. With my military discount, I only pay $16 after purchasing 2 targets.
There is an outdoor range in Madisonville/Ponchatoula. I'm not sure if they are currently open, though. It's called Bedico Creek shooting Grounds. (985) 974-4201. Give them a call and let me know!

Bedico range is open, went a couple of times over the past 2 months to get a couple rifles sighted in. It's a dump of a place but at least somewhere to shoot (100 yds). They have a longer range onsite by appointment. Think it's 300 or 500 yds.

I'm not sure. I've only seen handguns inside the range. I have never been on a Friday, though, only Saturdays, Sundays, and the occasional Tuesday.

Apocalypse range is currently being built. The metal structure is up. It shouldn’t be much longer
