Need replacement temple pieces / arms for Costa south point glasses. Where to buy?

Can’t find replacements anywhere on line besides the costa website. And they want me to send the glasses in. I’d rather just buy some new arms and not have to send them in. Any suggestions?

It can go one of 2 ways. Send it in and they will fix it free or send it in and they will try to charge you the price of a new pair to fix it. The latter happened to me twice though. I bought a different brand this time.

You’re not going to find replacements anywhere. Just send it in. My wife just got a pair replaced completely for like 12 bucks for the same damage.

It’s a lifetime warranty on frame . Send it in for the price of shipping and handling.

I just sent in two pairs with broken arms. One was fixed with using the lenses from the old one, and the other (which the lenses were peeling a bit) was swapped out for a brand new pair.
All told, I’m getting a new pair and an almost new pair for $25ish total.

I broke the frame on my 5 year old Costas duck hunting last season .
I followed the directions, sent them in. Not sure if they put the same lenses in a new frame or just sent a new pair but I got a new (looking, at least) pair back for $70 total.
I’m happy.
