Been a while since I put triple tail in the boat, I have my old stand by recipes aka baked and lemon butter sauce, but am looking for something different. I know it's hard to screw up and if all else fails gonna grill with minimal seasonings and olive oil.
Anyone have a good recipe? TIA

Hard to beat baked/broiled fresh fish with lemon butter sauce. I mix it up a little and use some lime, cilantro and butter sauce. Cooked on broil. Also, dash with kosher salt.
Or try a pan sear with butter and flour. Let it crust a little and season how you like. Have some lemon/lime to squeeze over the top.

If it's fresh, eat it raw.
Hard to beat it on the grill too.
