What optics are you running on your ARs?

Bought my first AR several months back and im in the market for optics to add. All i have on the rifle is the magpul "iron sights" that came with the gun. Just looking for ideas. Also if you can add pro and cons to any you may own or have owned.

I’ve got two M&Ps and a 15-22 with irons. I have a 2-7 x32 Vortex on my Grendel.

What are you going to be doing with it? On my old Colt with the carrying handle, I have the original Iron sights, that are fine for most things, but I also have a scope mount that bolts onto the top of the carrying handle through the little scope mount hole. It locates perfectly every time, I have a Redfield 3-9x50 on there and I can put the scope and mount on anytime without needing to re-sight it. I bought an Anderson AR a few weeks ago, and I'm just going leave the iron sights on it.
Do you know how to use those iron sights? They are pretty accurate.

Aimpoint H1 on 300 blackout SBR
Sig tango 1-4 on 556
TRUGLO on 556
Plus another generic red dot on 556
All work well but it depends on what you’re looking to do with it and how much you want to spend. You get what you pay for

What’s your primary use?
I have a Primary Arms 1-6x ACSS reticle. It’s great having 1x bc it’s essentially a red dot for close moving targets. And the 6x with BDC is good for any realistic distance I’d want to reach out with it. I’ve been very satisfied with it.

Swarovski Z8 1x8x24 on a Wilson 300. Been pleased with it so far, but don’t shoot it a lot and not a big AR guy so I may not be a good source

Just got back from a 8.5 mile run. I used to use a Holosun 503g on my gun before I sold it.

Have a Burris 1-6x.
As stated at 1, it's a red eye. At 6, I can reach out and touch someone.
Eta: Sad to report that I lost this in a boating accident.

The Sig Tango passed SOCOM testing standards. That's actually incredible for a scope that you buy this price range.
You can get a 1-4x variable optic for $429. LINK
Thats basically a do it all scope for and AR15, unless you plan on extreme long distance target shooting.
