This is exactly how the process is supposed to work! An entire duly-elected Presidential Administration, with White House legal counsel and the Department of Justice, sets government policy, and an unelected slapdick judge somewhere decides if we get to keep it or not.

I understand and support Trump playing by the rules and abiding by these whacked out judges rulings, but the time is coming when Trump will have to ignore em. We elected Trump to do what he said he would do, these judges are trying to stack up cases and stop the will of the people.

“We have supported much of this President’s agenda but we must convict and remove him based on his blatant disregard for the constitution.”
GOPe & RINO Senators
Don’t think there aren’t many of them whose toes he is stepping on . Watch out for the set up.

They could also transcribe Trumps EOs into law and laugh at these judges all in the course of an hour.
Instead they’re sitting back waiting out Trump and laughing at us.

Unelected judges reversing policy the people voted for.
But muh democracy!

I believe this is exactly what the strategy of the left is—to get Trump to violate judges decisions. This would in their mind give them the ammo to support their idiotic constitutional crisis, dictator comments.
The left will keep doing this. Trump’s administration in going to have to figure out a way to force the Supreme Court to address this political abuse by activist judges.

Its a stall tactic and that is all. This has been happening for years, no matter the POTUS. Its why Ds are obstructionists IMO.
POTUS sets policy, and certain cities/entities dont follow. POTUS withholds fed funding until the cities/entities comply.
Where was this judge when Biden admin:
1. withheld funds for public schools with hunting courses
2. withheld family planning funds to Oklahoma over abortion dispute
3. Withheld Federal Grants as a Consequence of Oklahoma’s Failure to Comply with Federal Requirement for Abortion Counseling
4. Taking lunch money from schools that reject progressive gender, sexuality agenda
5. tying federal education funding to LGBT mandates
6. $800 million from Florida over Union collective bargaining rights
I mean the list goes on and on and can be found for every POTUS at least back to Nixon.

We can impeach them, but unless we have 2/3 of the Senate, we can't remove them from office. It would only be symbolic. Ain't know way we are getting 2/3 of the Senate, unless the Judge is charged with something a lot more serious than having shitty opinions.

The judiciary was never supposed to reign supreme.
It only does now because Congress surrendered and presidents stopped swinging.
Federalist No. 78, Hamilton wrote:
“The judiciary... has no influence over either the sword or the purse... It may truly be said to have neither force nor will, but merely judgment.”
Translation: the courts can rule, but they can’t enforce. They depend entirely on the other branches to give their rulings teeth.
Fast-forward to Andrew Jackson, 1832.
The Supreme Court ruled in Worcester v. Georgia that Georgia’s actions against the Cherokee were unconstitutional.
Jackson’s response?
“John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it.”
Cold. Direct. Constitutional.
That was executive power as the Framers understood it—not obedience to black robes, but coequal branches checking each other.

Where were these judges when Louisiana was forced to change the drinking age?

Look, Trump has already stripped the NGO apparatus of most of its funding. Now he just needs to bleed them dry by keeping them going to court.
Keep tying them up with stupid shite, so you can get the real work done under the radar. It's lawfare in reverse.

Ignore the ruling and pull funding anyway…
