shite is getting bad in my area also. Outskirts of Charlotte , we didn't used to have a lot of homeless addicts. Getting more and more. Wanderers who are coming from Charlotte and monroe and sitting up camp in fields and behind public buildings at night. Spend their days looking going through garbage cans and begging for money. They look like fricking zombies. As Charlotte and monroe's homeless addict population increases, we're going to get more and more overflow. It's depressing.
