I’m challenging the idea that White parents of kids of color are inherently “not racist” and the bots completely change what I’m saying to “White parents of kids of color are inherently racist.” These live and fake bots are good at their propaganda. Let’s not argue with them.

The entire premise of his book is that racism is binary. You are either actively fighting structural racism or you are a complicit racist.
He also argues that you must either believe that black outcomes in the US are lower than whites because they are inferior humans or because structural racism caused it.

My company was nice enough to buy his book "How To Be An Antiracist" for the entire company as part of a "book club." Arrived to my house from Amazon about 3 weeks ago. I'll get more use for the box it came in, except when the book is used as kindling for one of our bonfires in backyard over the winter.
Prepared to resign immediately if the book is made into required reading for the entire company. Thus far I'm quietly not participating and continuing to deliver for my clients. You know, what they actually pay me to do.
