She’s getting 18 months because her boss killed someone.

I don’t think it’s unreasonable for him to get charged and then wouldn’t even serve the full time.

But we can still call him a convicted killer on manslaughter.

He was convicted?

Not it criminal court. But like I said you can still act like he is.

Rittenhouse is a murderer. He killed black people across state lines…

The Hispanic woman is in jail while the white wealthy Democrat donor will escape prosecution, when the white wealthy Democrat is the one who actually shot the victim. Kind of ironic given the left's obsession with racial equity and social justice.

People need to actually read the article. The case was dismissed because of prosecutorial misconduct. The state had been hiding evidence from Baldwin's defense team and the prosecutor in charge of trying the case had not seen any of the evidence in person nor had she read the crime scene technician's report until this morning.

I haven’t really paid much attention to this case, but it would be a high bar to find him criminally negligent. A civil suit is where he will be found to have culpability.

bullshite - if true - all the more reason to absolutely check the magazine before pulling the trigger once it is your possession. Doesn't have to be part of the scene - when handed the weapon, first instinct is to check to see if live ammo is in it - works at deer camps all over the south and should work on any movie set.

it is common sense - and drilled into the psyche of every kid if they have responsible parents - and should be the first lesson on firearm safety for any adult who dint get the proper raising.

I'm no fan of Baldwin's but the prosecutor fricked this case up with how they handled the evidence.

Did he do this 'shoot' during a scene ? If not, you are negligent for pointing a weapon ( even if you think it's not loaded, or especially loaded with blank rounds) and pulling the trigger. He's a typical leftist that knows nothing about firearms and is shielded by the leftist system in Blue Mexico.

Alec Baldwin Judge Dismisses Charges
I hate that POS but I never saw that as his fault and he sure as hell didn't mean to kill that lady. He will be sued to oblivion though because that was his whole production.

Baldwin is an idiot and that caused her to die.

He has never once called the family of the victim.

And the Judge's bank account grew three times larger that day.

The detective on the stand looked like she just graduated from college and wasn't very competent.

Don't matter re Baldwin's public persona, which is what really matters to Alec. It's like Biden's debate with Trump in that people cannot unsee what they saw. Baldwin getting a pass will only make people more contemptuous of his arrogant, selfish and irresponsible character. Let him wear that rotting albatross around his neck for the duration.

It wasn't intentional but he sure as hell didn't care. His only concern was avoiding prison time.

People like that are pigs who only care for themselves.

The media will stick up for him and blame the family of the victim for causing him so much stress.

So the state was playing fast and loose with the rules? Serves them right.

Absolutely

No criminal defense lawyer on earth would have let him do that.
