The brother was 17, actually killed the two people and got 8 months at juvie.
That is the problem with the system. You hear Pirro talk about it with DC all the time. Gangsters know it as well thats why they use the minors to do the work.

Speaking of juvies and crime. Some years ago here in Trinidad we got off from work and had some beers, I said Id take one of the guys home, he lived in one "bad john" area, but he said we would be fine.
As we headed up into the hills he told me to stop at this corner where half a dozen guys were hanging out. He greeted them, said I was giving him a ride home, leaned back in the seat so they could get a look at me, and said "we cool", they responded yeah.
He then says, they wont fck with you on the way back down. Did you see the little fella, I said you mean the kid that looks 10 hanging with them. He said he is small for his age, he is actually 12, already killed three people that I know of. Looks like an innocent little kid so he can walk right up to his victims.

The problem is this chick and her underage brother ultimately get no jail time for this. The bro skates because he’s a juvenile with time served(wearing an ankle monitor for 3 years) on his 21st birthday. The chick has gone on to get several more tickets even harming someone else and driving without a license. She has never served time for any of this. We were too tough on crime, arguably, up until the 70’s/80’s, but have since overcorrected going far too soft.

she was charged as adult, 19, because she was drag racing her brother, over 100 mph. 15 years sentance
Brother charged 2 counts 3rd degree murder, due to corrupt juvinal court, he, 17 and 9 months, charged and found guilty sentance of 25 years but since he was deemed juvinal had 2 years probation and was set free.

4dummy says this poor victim is behaving this way because banks didn't want to lend to the ceiling bird tribe when they wanted to buy in the expensive side of town. She calls this practice of responsible investment "redlining" and the reason why the ceiling bird tribe today cannot accept accountability or control their impulses.
