The only thing that would have made it better is if they would have arrested the two moonbat women trying to stop them.

Way too kind to the woman trying to get in the way... should have warned her once and then when she kept getting in the middle, arrested her for obstructing the duties of a federal LEO.

Can’t ICE issue its own administrative removal warrant as long as they are not entering private property for the arrest?

They need to start taking a US Marshall with them on these so that he cam arrest the pink hairs when they interfere. Or just give ICE the authority to do it themselves.

Police don’t need a warrant if they are lawfully in a place and they see a crime committed in plain view.
If they are arresting the person for being here illegally, his presence alone on US soil is the commission of a crime.
So in my non-lawyer, regular person interpretation that doesn’t mean anything to anyone, the police don’t need a warrant here.

Some person or body had to make a definite determination that the person was here illegally and then authorize the arrest.
Ice agents are not unilaterally deciding this
