Isn’t this on the heels of a different drug company announcing they were discontinuing their vaccine?

I don’t think they’ve released earnings yet. Shouldn’t these people be locked up right now?

Looks like they’re all automatic sells, most likely to settle taxes owed on vesting grants.
Moderna insider activity.

Idk, probably not. Feel free to continue to sky scream about that but the stock thing is a nothing burger.

Kind of depends on what the SEC says this week.

Selling stock within certain period of an earnings statement or within a certain timeframe of a purchase (stock options, etc) is considered short swing and is prosecutable.

I had an OP earlier this week inviting the PT forum to predict when the first class action lawsuits for Covid19 vaccine injuries would be filed against Big Pharma….I was told the Corporatocracy will protect it’s own. We’ll see, maybe the American people will prevail.

If the CEOs and execs do mass sales ahead of something like this, will it become the new Enron?

Doubtful only because the current WH supports them.

Their GC would never be stupid enough to allow a sale right now while they’re in a quiet period. They’re classified as automatic sales, they’re settling up taxes on vesting units.

No, I don’t know the laws concerning corporate officers selling their stock, I only know they rarely lose their asses on holding large stock positions as the rest of the out of the loop investors take a beating when the stock crashes.
