Do you think someone who have said that about the call to prayer in 2000?

That was Constitutional in 2000, too.

Let’s say a Christian church buys loudspeakers to broadcast prayers at the same time as the goat humper prayers..

How long before that church was attacked or set ablaze?

church bell ringing.

Have you ever heard the call to prayer?? It sounds like a cat in heat for FAR longer than a bell ringing. Don't dilute this. It will be catastrophic to the local non-Muslim community.

it is truly amazing to watch SFP at work, justifying every Leftist and DNC wet dream with his supposed Constitutional purity while doing his best to excoriate Trump, Christians, and every single conservative position in the same manner.

don't get it about islam

People need to understand Islam is an ideology NOT religion. Their entire life revolves around the Koran. There are no “equal” parties. It is a disease. Locusts. Islam WILL destroy what we currently experience in the US.

Hahaha well, you can try the slippery slope concept here but the reality is they have a 1st amendment right. We cannot scream about censorship then turn around and want to censor someone's religion.

I can appreciate the distinction between a church bell making the noise that a bell makes on its own vs the screaming of arabic into a microphone 5x a day.

I am alone in that distinction???

Again, as I posted earlier, this opens the door to reading the 10 commandments or quoting bible scripture 5x a day over a loudspeaker if a church wanted to do it.

Devil's advocate here, do we not allow church bells to ring all day long?

I lived on the same street, same block as a church for 10 years. The bells do not ring all day. In fact, they arent even that loud. Could barely hear them just down the street. Couldnt hear them inside my house and it was an old house built in the 50s.

They are “praying” not reading from the Koran.

Then Sharia would be incredibly difficult to implement here

Is this a serious take?

Islamic influence on your life will yet be more of that spiritual blinding causing your to have nothing but regrets for you later in life. That which you clearly should have seen coming, resulting in your quality of life taking the hit, and the relentless exposure to religion being forced down your throat without your consent is going to be the real irony in all of this.

This cannot be stated loudly enough. Unless you have lived in an Islamic country you cannot truly understand what is coming to this country.

The “young’ will enjoy Freedom only if they are willing to fight and die for it like their forebears. Muhammad’s Islam will be more than happy to put the men on a blanket with their butts up in the air and the breeding stock women in burquas back at the house. Could work better for this generation. We’ll see pretty quick.

This happened in other small municipalities where Muslims gained the majority in city councils and voted to allow it.

Sorry, but I blame “the Muslims” a lot less than I do the middle of the population that can’t be bothered to show up and be heard at City Council meetings.

I live in a pretty deep blue city myself, but the voting really doesn’t reflect local sentiment that well. “Normies” just don’t really try.

A couple of weeks ago, our little city had a council meeting that included public input on an ordinance to crack down on the urban camping that gets passed off as “homelessness”, which started out as pro-Palestinian protest.

As expected, room and speaker list was packed with people wearing “homelessness is not a crime” and speaking out against “Trumpian Authoritarianism”.

The meeting lasted over 7 hours, with 4+ of that being public speakers with 3 minutes of time.

I was one of about 3 that spoke up and said that action was needed because of the damage these encampments do to local businesses and residents, much less to the homeless themselves. Making yourself feel better by making it easier for them to stay this way is neither humane nor compassionate.

Waited 3 hours for my turn, said my piece, and walked out.

The ordinances passed 5-4.

If you don’t participate in the process, don’t complain about the result.

simply a mosque ringing bells at prayer time. It obviously is much more than that,

EACH and every mosque will hold their own call. Each mosque will have speakers blaring out. There will be cross talk. You’ll be standing in a spot and hear multiple calls from multiple mosques.

No, you're with most sane people. A few people were ignorant of what the call to prayer is or they knew and are just being dishonest trolls.

You keep referring to the Constitution. I have a simple question. Under Sharia which is higher the Constitution or Sharia?

Another reason diversity isn’t good. I don’t care what happens to the citizens there. They voted for it.

You think Muslim churches are bad, we have these places around here and they have loudspeakers that play bells all day. How can we allow these churches to play their fake bells over loudspeakers every hour. And they go crazy on Sunday.

frick you, fig. The Muslim call to prayer 5 times a day is different than a few church bells ringing for a few seconds. Douche bag.
