Should be the law that draws the line. Feelings or morality should not come into it - if the law is wrong or bad or unconstitutional, it should be struck down or changed, it needs to be changed....

Last year I want to the beach for Memorial day weekend it was in the high 70s and low 80s - we had a major heat wave last summer. This year it will be in the high 80s. We have molded generations to fear weather and look for reasons or answers. Weather changes, there is no normal, accept waht 2...
