THis is what the appeals court ruled:
the Civil Rights Act of 1964, says a person’s right to vote cannot be denied for “an error or omission” that is “not material” in determining voting eligibility.”
What horseshite. IF the ballot arives on time what difference does it make if th evelope is hand dated or not. Nothing. A hyper-technical reading of the Civil Rights Act to keep votes from being counted.
As Trump siad, if you let everyone vote, a Republican will never win again.
