WTF? Think any employees would get fired for refusing to wear an apron with, say, a Christian symbol on it?

Grocery store giant Kroger is accused in federal court filings of violating the Civil Rights Act when it reportedly fired two employees who did not want to wear a store apron supporting the LGBTQ community.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a federal agency tasked with enforcing anti-discrimination laws in the workplace, filed suit Monday in federal court against the Kroger Co. on behalf of two store employees in Arkansas, Brenda Lawson and Trudy Rickerd, who say they believe homosexuality is a sin.
The Civil Rights Act of 1964 bars discriminatory employment practices on the basis of religion.
“(Kroger) refused to accommodate the religious beliefs of Lawson and Rickerd, and disciplined and terminated them because of their religious beliefs and in retaliation for requesting a religious accommodation,” the EEOC said in the complaint.
A representative for Kroger did not immediately respond to McClatchy News’ request for comment.

It wasn't an LGBT logo. It's kroger's colors in a heart to show their promise to being friendly and caring, having everything fresh, uplift everyday, and improve every day.

It seems rainbow/multicolored items have pushed alot recently due to the lgbt agenda. While the heart doesn't look like any real lgbt item, the multicolors could taken as such in todays climate.

So Southwest Airlines is now gay?

The supermarket celebrates its "commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality" on its website. The company received a perfect score on the 2020 Corporate Equality Index, which is the Human Rights Campaign's tool for measuring corporate support for LGBT employees.
It sounds purposeful.

If that’s the case I don’t think the two workers have a leg to stand on.

I believe in marriage equality and my religion doesn’t weigh on my politics, but I support these people 100%.

They'll definitely need some sort of documentation of the company presenting the logo as LGBTP. But don't overlook the fact that the suit was actually filed by the EEOC. That does suggest some leg to stand on.

Lgbt is literally a group formed for political purposes, in order to bully everyone who opposes them, and to force politicians to do what they want. They aren't a representation of all gay people, no matter how much Democrats say they are.
LGBT is an earlier version of BLM. Violence and threats are their bread and butter.
Bravo to those employees who opted not to be associated with that political group.

Should be an interesting lawsuit - I seem to recall a group of Muslim truck drivers winning a lawsuit against their employer because they refused to deliver pork.
Let’s see if that knife cuts both ways.
