The federal LAW prohibits an illegal from owning weapons and ammo. They do not have 2nd rights Dumbarse.
The bulk of federal law governing who can legally possess firearms in the U.S. is spelled out in 18 U.S.C. 922, established by the Gun Control Act of 1968 and amended by subsequent legislation. It lists groups of people who are not allowed to possess firearms, and the prohibitions still on the books today include several categories of non-citizens.
Those prohibited include anyone who is an “illegal alien” along with anyone who has renounced U.S. citizenship, according to the law.

Commirado governor Polesmoker just signed a new law over the weekend raising the age to buy ammo from 18 to 21 (except for cops and soldiers 
) and also requires retailers to store ammunition in locked cases or behind counters.
Ya'll just misunderstand these guys: they're entrepreneurs getting a head start on standing up their own business.
Oh and BTW, this new law is being touted as a major safety measure to curb gun violence .... but it doesn't go into effect until August of 2026. So clearly they don't really care about safety until then.
