Who would want to admit that they banged that piece of shite?

Here they are going into the Upper Pontalba Apartment. According to camera footage, they were in the apartment for almost 6 hours!

For the sake of argument, let's say an interior security camera caught Teedy and Vappie bumping uglies. Would anyone have the courage to actually review the footage? A bridge too far for even Lee Zurik.
Journalistically, if it is inside the private residence the that would be typically off limits.
But if Vappie’s phone and iCloud account are subpoenaed by his wife in the divorce and a video of him and LaToya doing the nasty is entered into evidence in court then it is okay, in my book.
Another possible scenario could be a disgruntled city worker with access to the apartment’s security system and dropping it off anonymously in the mail to the Vappie’s wife who enters it into court as evidence for the divorce. But that time may have come and gone since depending on the system, most DVRs may keep video for just a few weeks, unless the DVR has some sort of unlimited cloud backup. But accessing it that way could leave digital fingerprints on the whistleblower.
That does open up the possibility, that Vappie’s wife could subpoena all apartment security camera footage stored on the city’s servers and the device itself. If something is found, it would be entered into evidence.
I wonder if any one put a public records request for any text messages on Vappie’s NOPD issued phone, and LaToya’s city issued phone. Those text messages between the mayor and Vappie are theoretically public records just like emails and have to be retained. Those could be a treasure trove of the sultry details of the affair if they were stupid enough to use those devices instead of a burner phone.

Talk about workplace safety and harassment issues, this is one of the worst versions I’ve ever heard of

Unless he and the wife come to a settlement, this will eventually require a deposition and you know the “alleged” affair will be at the center of it.
His choices are “make a settlement”, “admit the truth”, or “lie and hope that there isn’t proof he perjured himself.”

Denies that he admitted?
That is not the most adamant denial I ever heard.
