One of our South African immigrants is amazed by America

Take him to some of our urban areas.

Most of America is safe. Unfortunately people like powerbottom, monkeypoxzana, and others refuse to acknowledge the common denominator in the places that aren't safe. Theyll ignore high crime and high murder rates and screech about paying a whole dollar a week more for a gallon of milk. Not because they cant afford it... because they are so racist they think minorities cant afford it.

To be fair he looks like he's in a rural area. It's disingenuous. I'm sure there are lots of areas in South Africa where it would be similar.

Send him to anywhere in Chicago and see if he feels the same way.

You get the point. Even small cities here are legitimately unsafe for a lot of people after dark.

It's amazing what people here take for granted. All of these selfish brats growing up and complaining and bitching about everything about this country don't have a clue how easy they have it and how blessed they are to be here in America. Drop them off in some 3rd world shithole and let them fend for themselves and they'll be crying to come back after 3 months.

I know a guy who has 2 South Africans working for him. One weekend he went by their house and they were in the front yard with a grill set up grilling lamb chops. He said they were sitting in lawn chairs watching the cars drive by and we’re amazed because they said where they were from if you did that the first car that drove by would stop and the people in the car would try to steal all your food and the grill.

Thank you sir, we're thrilled to have you. Just be sure you tell your children (especially your daughters) to avoid our public transit. There are evil people on those commuter trains that stalk white people, especially young white females.

And when (and if) one approaches you and attempts to engage you in an argument, just turn and walk away. They're not right in the head.
